Steps of the furniture buying process:
1. You send us your wish list, made through the website or your choice of a package collection.
2. We send you back details and a price quote.
3. After receiving purchase confirmation by you, we sign a contract.
4. We require key access to your property, take all the necessary measurements and advise if there should be done any changes of the furniture unit sizes.
5. After delivery and installation we send you a package of pictures, so you can see the ?look? of the property achieved.
The majority of owners who are furnishing for themselves like to have a hand on approach to the interior decor, colour schemes and furnishing style and we welcome the input. However when furnishing a property for rental purposes it is essential that personal preferences are kept out of the equation. The most important thing when furnishing investment properties is that the property is appealing to the multitude of prospective clients, in much the same way as a show-home appeals to the masses. There ideally should be nothing that is offensive in the property - overly bright colours, gaudy artwork, state of the art furniture that may look terrific but can’t be used for more than 5 minutes at a time. Be prepared to leave your emotions at home if you are furnishing an investment property.

Once you have selected the style of furnishings that will be best for the property, we will place the order with our suppliers, tailor making any specific pieces and fabrics that are required.
As soon as we have access to the property the initial installation will begin - including up, down and ambient lighting features, shower curtains, curtain rail mounting or blinds. Once this "hard" installation has been completed, the property will be cleaned.
The main hard furnishings will be delivered i.e. beds. sofas, tables, chairs, sideboards, Televisions and other electrical appliances which will all be checked that they are free of damage and in working order at this point.
Finally the "dressing" of the property will take place - coordinating the soft furnishings, choosing complementary art work that will bring out the colour scheme of the individual rooms, making the beds, organizing the kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Accessories will be strategically placed to enhance the initial experience of anyone entering the property for the first time.
